Lead Generation Sales (Base: 35-40k Php)
The Sales Development Specialist role is to connect with customers who would like to start their business by providing solutions through the company’s products and services fast and seamlessly. You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director and help start this exciting phase of building a Rockstar Sales Team!

- Call all existing standalone customers and/or warms leads to introduce Honcho.
- Act as a Business Consultant and assist with customer’s questions on how they can start their business.
- Schedule presentations and demos with customer and Sales Development Specialist.
- Manage multi-channel communication such as chat, email and phone.
- Generate leads for other company products and services.
- Send daily sales activity reports to immediate manager.
- Achieve or exceed goals on a monthly basis.
- Build rapport with potential and existing customers by providing genuine and exceptional customer service.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Appointment Setting or Lead Generation in an international BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS and tech services is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
