We are looking for an outstanding account executive to join our marketing team and be our key point of contact for our exciting partnerships.
If this is you, you'll ensure that our partners have an exceptional experience of working with Honcho. And that the user experience of purchasing our partnership products through our websites is seamless. This dynamic position is perfect for an ex-agency account executive who wants to come client-side.
You'll be leading a partnership program that starts with building the relationship, outlining integration, quality controlling the design and tech, planning an activation timeline, and beyond! Our team is so ready to support your fantastic ideas!
You'll be the representative within Honcho, coordinating with all relevant departments to ensure we are providing partners with the best support possible. Through your hard work, every big name in small business technology will be queuing to integrate with Honcho!
You're a strategic thinker and able to identify and execute commercial opportunities for Honcho.
We're fast but you're putting pedal to the metal by managing multiple relationships and technology projects.
You display diplomacy, you have savvy negotiation skills, you love solving problems using tech and you're on-hand to educate the rest of the Honcho team (e.g. sales and customer service) about what the partnership means for our customer and business model.
What you'll do
Provide an exceptional level of client service to every partner you manage.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to achieve design and product milestones.
Ensure partners are maximising the value that they can get from being part of the Honcho family.
Ensure Honcho is maximising every relationship.
Provide education and guidance to your Honcho colleagues so everyone understands the benefits of the integration and is able to sell it to clients.
Identify and develop new strategies for our partnership ecosystem.
You will bring (in no particular order)
2 years experience as an Account Exec, looking to step up.
Positivity, innovative ways of communication, international curiosity and a hunger to come out on top.
High standards, attention to detail, and drive to continually learn and improve.
A sense of humour!
Experience of working in a digital agency, alongside designers, developers and marketeers.
Eagerness to get your hands dirty in tech and design.
Experience in providing excellent account and project management
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Experience in meeting deadlines, manage expectations and consistently delivering quality for both parties.
Ability to articulate Honcho's value to prospective partners.
Proven communication skills both internally and externally, as well as with various stakeholders.
A genuine desire to help small businesses make money faster.
